completed October 2007 created with Copic Markers, Photoshop 7 Hamachi with some chouchin-obake (paper lantern ghosts), a very common type of youkai. This was drawn for the Chapter 5 cover of Yokaiden. The kanji in the background just reads "yokaiden." It was done by my aunt, who is a Japanese calligraphy teacher.
